Past Club Events & Projects
Since its creation in 1998, the Official Clancy Brown Fan Club has had the privilege to be involved with fundraisers and events that have raised money for charity, as well as brought fans together from around the world.
Here are some of the events in the club's history:
June 1998 - Club is founded at Earth 2 Breakfast Bash after group telephone call with Clancy
July 1999 - First official meeting of CBFC, Pizza Party/Speaker phone Q&A with Clancy
Nov/Dec 1999 - "Care package" X-mas drive for J. Madison Wright
January 2000 - Calendar sale for Beth Brown Memorial Foundation
March 2000 - CBFC members take part in Kids With A Cause Fundraiser/Oscar Party in Los Angeles, California, with Clancy to benefit J. Madison Wright
May 2000 - CBFC co-sponsors online auction with Eden Project Page for J. Madison Wright
November 2000 - CBFC Vancouver Adventure including a visit to the "Breaking News" set and charity dinner with Clancy
January 2001 - Year 2001 Calendar sale for Beth Brown Memorial Foundation and J. Madison Wright
April/May 2001 - CBFC co-sponsors online auction with Earth 2:Eden Advance for J. Madison Wright
August 2001 - CBFC sponsors online auction for Beth Brown Memorial Foundation
October 2001 - "Breaking News" screening with Clancy in Sharonville, Kentucky with a collection taken for WTC relief fund
December 2003 - Sponsors the creation of "Carnivàle" fan T-Shirts, with proceeds going to the Beth Brown Memorial Foundation
April 2006 - Sponsors the "CarnyCon" Carnivàle fan convention.
